Medium bodied with graphite tannins and a refreshing finish. 100% Tinta Barroca from the Bassham Family Organic and Biodynamic vineyard in Barmera, South Australia. Hand picked fruit is left mostly whole bunch, with some foot trodding to loosen up some juice for wild fermentation from the yeasts in the vineyard
